We are looking for a Controllership Manager to be in charge of the processes in an investee company of a consolidated fund. In this role you will be responsible for covering a wide range of financial and strategic activities. Your work will cover areas such as FP&A, consolidated accounting, investor relations, and other relevant financial issues.
Responsibilities:
- FP&A Management:
- Develop and implement effective financial planning processes and analysis, providing strategic information and insights for decision making.
- Prepare and present financial reports and performance analyses to top management and shareholders.
- Monitor and analyze financial and operational indicators to identify trends, opportunities and risks.
- Collaborate with management teams to establish financial goals and objectives in line with the company’s strategy. Consolidated accounting:
- Oversee and ensure the integrity and accuracy of accounting records and monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes.
- Manage the consolidation of financial reports, including consolidated income statements, balance sheets, and cash flows.
- Ensure compliance with relevant accounting principles and regulations. Investor relations:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with investors and financial analysts.
- Prepare materials for investor presentations and attend related meetings.
- Provide financial analysis and relevant information to support communication with investors. Structured Finance:
- Work collaboratively with the treasury and operational controller team to ensure efficient financial management in line with company objectives.
- Contribute to the analysis and negotiation of structured debt, when applicable.
- Support strategic growth initiatives and M&A by providing relevant financial analysis and insights.
Requirements:
- Education in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field (Post-graduation is desirable).
- Proven experience in FP&A, consolidated accounting and investor relations.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Experience in leading and managing teams.
- Knowledge in structured debt is desirable.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders.
