We are looking for professionals who have the flexibility to relocate to the Atacama Region if they do not reside in that area.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Montserrat, sans-serif;\">We emphasize that the clinic may, if necessary, bear the costs associated with lodging or hotel during the period in which the person is seeking accommodation in the region.<\/span><\/p>\n<h1>Responsibilities:<\/h1>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Montserrat, sans-serif;\">Manage a team to ensure the smooth running of the pharmacy.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Montserrat, sans-serif;\">Supervise the pharmacy&#8217;s stock of supplies, products and medications.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Montserrat, sans-serif;\">Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory and quality standards.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Montserrat, sans-serif;\">Implement good pharmacy practices and promote patient safety.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Montserrat, sans-serif;\">Collaborate with other departments and healthcare professionals to ensure efficient and safe patient care.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Montserrat, sans-serif;\">Participate in quality control processes and internal audits.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Montserrat, sans-serif;\">Stay current on pharmaceutical advances and best practices in the field.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h1>Requirements:<\/h1>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Montserrat, sans-serif;\">Education in Pharmacy (QF) is mandatory.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Montserrat, sans-serif;\">Active registration with the Superintendent of Health.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Montserrat, sans-serif;\">Prior experience in hospital or clinical pharmacy is highly desirable.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Montserrat, sans-serif;\">Strong professional ethics and commitment to safety and quality.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Montserrat, sans-serif;\">Leadership skills, ability to make decisions and solve problems.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Montserrat, sans-serif;\">Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Montserrat, sans-serif;\">Availability to work in the Atacama Region.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Montserrat, sans-serif;\">We offer a dynamic work environment, competitive compensation, and opportunities for professional growth.
