The ideal candidate is passionate about tax law and has extensive experience in consulting and litigation in this area.<\/span><\/p>\n<h1><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: Montserrat, sans-serif;\">Responsabilities:<\/span><\/h1>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Montserrat, sans-serif;\">Proactively represent clients&#8217; interests in a wide range of tax matters, both in the advisory and litigation spheres.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Montserrat, sans-serif;\">Developing and drafting pleadings, using sound legal analysis to build effective defenses, meet strict deadlines and carry out protocols with precision.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Montserrat, sans-serif;\">Cultivate and maintain strong professional relationships with prosecutors, judges and magistrates, demonstrating in-depth knowledge of municipal, state and federal taxation and adapting strategies as necessary.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Montserrat, sans-serif;\">Plan and implement tailor-made tax planning strategies, presenting detailed studies on tax regimes, clearly highlighting the advantages and disadvantages for clients.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Montserrat, sans-serif;\">Strategically manage installment processes, prepare comprehensive reports and closely monitor the progress of tax processes, taking corrective action when necessary.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Montserrat, sans-serif;\">Collaborate effectively with the team, sharing knowledge and mentoring junior members, promoting a culture of continuous learning and growth.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h1><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: Montserrat, sans-serif;\">Requirements:<\/span><\/h1>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Montserrat, sans-serif;\">Law degree and specialization in Tax.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Montserrat, sans-serif;\">Active OAB registration for more than 5 years<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Montserrat, sans-serif;\">Proven experience in tax consultancy and<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Montserrat, sans-serif;\">Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Montserrat, sans-serif;\">Dedication, commitment and collaboration are essential for success in this role.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Montserrat, sans-serif;\">If you&#8217;re a professional with a passion for tax law and want to be part of a dynamic and innovative team, this could be the opportunity you&#8217;ve been looking for.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Opportunity: We are looking for a Senior Tax Lawyer to join the team of a law firm located in S\u00e3o Paulo &#8211; SP.
