The Opportunity:
We are looking for a Senior Tax Lawyer to join the team of a law firm located in São Paulo – SP. The ideal candidate is passionate about tax law and has extensive experience in consulting and litigation in this area.
Responsabilities:
- Proactively represent clients’ interests in a wide range of tax matters, both in the advisory and litigation spheres.
- Developing and drafting pleadings, using sound legal analysis to build effective defenses, meet strict deadlines and carry out protocols with precision.
- Cultivate and maintain strong professional relationships with prosecutors, judges and magistrates, demonstrating in-depth knowledge of municipal, state and federal taxation and adapting strategies as necessary.
- Plan and implement tailor-made tax planning strategies, presenting detailed studies on tax regimes, clearly highlighting the advantages and disadvantages for clients.
- Strategically manage installment processes, prepare comprehensive reports and closely monitor the progress of tax processes, taking corrective action when necessary.
- Collaborate effectively with the team, sharing knowledge and mentoring junior members, promoting a culture of continuous learning and growth.
Requirements:
- Law degree and specialization in Tax.
- Active OAB registration for more than 5 years
- Proven experience in tax consultancy and
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in
