The Position
You will be responsible for overseeing the organization’s analytics initiatives and ensuring the effective utilization of data to drive informed business decisions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis along with proven leadership and project management capabilities.
Main Responsibilities
- Analytics Strategy and Planning: Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their analytical needs and requirements.
- Data Analysis and Insights: Develop and implement data analysis methodologies, models, and algorithms to solve complex business problems and identify opportunities for improvement. Ensure data quality and integrity by establishing data governance practices and data validation processes.
- Business Intelligence and Reporting: Collaborate with business users to define and document reporting requirements and ensure their alignment with business objectives.
- Data Privacy and Security: Collaborate with the IT security team to implement appropriate data protection measures and establish access controls for sensitive data.
- Stakeholder Engagement and Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business units, IT teams, to understand their analytics needs and provide effective solutions. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to foster collaboration and support the organization’s analytics initiatives.

- Demand management: Reporting and prioritizing the demands with business area, manage demands and activities with IT suppliers, conduct and monitoring IT system project (Skill of project manager)
- System Deploy: Lead and support technical team with internal procedures of company.
- Requirements management: Refining and get approval from key users about system improvements and projects. Manage the interfaces requirements with related systems.
- System Test: Elaborate test scenarios, doing system tests and support user tests and collect test evidence with users.
- Corporate standards: Interact and assure rules and standards of cross functional teams.
