The position
The primary mandate for this role is to drive operational excellence and execution, enabling B2B growth and ensuring exceptional service levels. Additionally, the individual will be responsible for fostering robust relationships with key stakeholders within our B2B partners, and generating meaningful leads for future collaborations.
Responsibilities
Sales and Profitability:
- Manage the P&L of the B2B business to achieve annual sales and profitability targets.
- Continuously identify opportunities for growth while managing risks.
Strategy and Planning:
- Define and own the strategic plan for all commercialized products.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including local business development, portfolio, R&D, regulatory, and central teams, to manage the end-to-end lifecycle of products (e.g., ensuring timely renewals, onboarding new partners, and tracking cost improvement projects).
Relationship Management:
- Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders across multiple partners.
- Establish and maintain key processes, including monthly and quarterly performance reviews and feedback systems (e.g., NPS).
Operational KPI Management:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage and enhance operational KPIs, such as on-time launches, OTIF (On-Time, In-Full), and adherence to quality parameters.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Pharmaceuticals or related areas.
- Advanced to fluent verbal proficiency in English is absolutely required.
- Proven track record in the pharmaceutical industry or a closely related field.
- Experience in driving sales growth and managing large-scale business operations.
- Capability to make informed decisions in complex and rapidly changing environments.
- Strong financial acumen with the ability to analyze and optimize P&L statements.
- Strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly.
- Experience in negotiating and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
