Position
IT SAP/Manufacturing Analyst is to provide technical expertise and support in the manufacturing industry by using SAP technologies. This position involves knowledge on both information technology (IT) systems and manufacturing processes to support smooth operations. The IT SAP/Manufacturing Analyst supports cross-functional teams, including production, engineering, and other IT departments, to implement and maintain IT solutions specific to manufacturing environments.
Main Responsibilities
- Manufacturing Software: Implementation and Support: Support implementation for manufacturing systems and processes (SAP, MES, IOT).
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation within the manufacturing/IT system environment. Collaborate with other production and engineering teams to streamline workflows, reduce downtime, and enhance overall operational efficiency.
- System Integration: Support integration of different manufacturing systems and technologies to enable data exchange and interoperability.
- Training and Documentation: Support on development of training materials and conduct training sessions to educate users on the use of IT systems. Create and maintain technical IT documentation, including system configurations, user manuals, and troubleshooting guides.
- Vendor Management: Manage vendors on different activities (Project, General Support, A.M.S), on collaboration with other IT Teams.
Professional Experience
- Experienced with industrial enviroments.
- Knowledge on manufacturing systems and technologies (Ex. M.E.S, SAP, EWM systems).
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, engineering, or a related field.
- Previous experiences on SAP (Implementation or Support)
- Experience on system development methodologies, experience on project management.
- SAP Academy on related manufacturing modules (MM, PP, QM).
- SAP EWM Knowledge is a great differential.
- Knowledge on development languages (ABAP; Java; .Net).
- Experience on other SAP products (ARIBA; PI/PO/CPI; BTP).
- Advanced proficiency in English, covering reading, writing, and conversational skills, is essential.
