The professional will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing all aspects related to the management of procurement, production, distribution, and delivery processes, ensuring efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Resposibilities

• Develop strategies to maximize efficiency and improve quality at every step of the supply chain process.
• Ensure strict adherence to the company’s Quality Policy, ensuring high standards of excellence.
• Promote and care for employees’ occupational health and safety, implementing preventive measures and appropriate training.
• Actively participate in the project planning process, coordinating resources, deadlines, staff, quality, and delivery dates.
• Negotiate advantageous conditions with suppliers, seeking better prices, deadlines, and product quality.
• Analyze market demand and select the most appropriate products to meet customer needs.
• Manage stock and inventory levels, ensuring availability and optimization of resources.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in the supply chain, implementing efficient and innovative practices
• Monitor company performance against global objectives, identifying deviations and proposing corrective actions.
• Recruit, select, hire, train and lead a team of engaged and qualified supply chain professionals.
• Anticipate and mitigate risks, avoiding interruptions or delays in projects.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in supply chain management, preferably in modular construction plants.
• Solid knowledge in procurement, logistics, distribution and inventory management practices.
• Academic background in a related field.
• Excellent negotiation, communication and leadership skills.
• Analytical ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Results-oriented, with a focus on operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Knowledge of quality, safety and occupational health standards.
