We are looking for a highly qualified professional to fill the position of New Business and M&A Analyst. This role is key to the structuring and growth of the organization, we are looking for someone with exceptional financial and business skills, as well as a hands-on and independent profile, who wants to actively participate in building an ever-expanding company.

• Develop and implement financial modeling, with a focus on long-term healthcare project estimation.
• Prepare presentations to boards and committees, providing strategic information and informed financial analysis to assist in strategic decision making.
• Organize and maintain an up-to-date database, including relevant market information, analysis and research, in order to provide valuable insights to the leadership team and support business initiatives.
• Structure the pricing of the company’s services, including pricing, considering industry best practices and expected profitability.
• Utilize advanced Excel skills to create detailed financial models, perform feasibility analyses, financial projections and accompanying reports.
• Work hands-on and independently, collaborating with internal teams to identify business opportunities, develop growth strategies, and implement action plans.

• Academic background in areas such as Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related fields.
• Proven experience in financial modeling, with a focus on Project Finance will be considered a plus.
• Advanced Excel skills, with the ability to create complex financial models and perform detailed analysis.
• Experience in preparing and presenting reports and presentations to boards and decision-making committees.
• Knowledge of the healthcare industry and medical equipment will be considered a plus.
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to work with large volumes of data.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to a changing environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
