Export Manager

We are seeking a highly qualified professional to fill the position of Export Manager, you will be responsible for driving and expanding the company’s export operations, with a focus on the international market. You will be tasked with opening up new business opportunities, developing markets, and maintaining strong relationships with international clients in order to expand business in these areas.


  • Develop strategies and action plans aimed at expanding into the international market, identifying new business and growth opportunities.
  • Open and develop a portfolio of international customers, building long-term relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Perform market research and consumer analysis to identify specific trends and demands of the international market, assisting in the development of new products and adaptation of existing products.
  • Actively participate in international fairs and events, representing the company, generating business opportunities, establishing contacts and expanding the network of relationships.
  • Conduct international sales contract negotiations, ensuring favorable commercial terms, compliance with regulations and legal requirements, and ensuring business profitability.
  • Work closely with the production, logistics and finance teams to ensure efficient and quality delivery of products to international customers.
  • Monitor and analyze international sales performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing strategies to drive growth and maximize results.
  • Stay up-to-date on trends and changes in international markets, as well as country-specific regulations and requirements, to ensure compliance and the company’s competitiveness.


  • Academic background in related fields, such as Foreign Trade or related areas.
  • Proven experience in export management, preferably in the food sector.
  • Solid knowledge of international markets, including previous experience in opening new business and building customer portfolios in these regions.
  • Exceptional negotiation skills and ability to build strong relationships with international clients.
  • Strong analytical skills and knowledge in market research, enabling the identification of trends and specific demands of target markets.
  • Experience in participating in international trade shows and industry events, with the ability to represent the company in a professional and persuasive manner.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English (knowledge of other languages will be considered a plus).
  • Strategic vision, results orientation, and ability to work independently, managing projects and priorities.
