Human Resources Manager

We are looking for a professional Human Resources Manager to be in charge of all processes in the area. The company in the bar and restaurant segment has a large structure and franchises spread throughout São Paulo. The main challenge of the position will be the implementation of a new payroll-oriented ERP system.

Responsibilities:

    Development and implementation of HR policies and procedures:
  • Develop and implement effective human resources policies and procedures, taking into consideration the specific needs and regulations of the bar and restaurant industry.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and industry regulations by providing guidance and support to management teams and employees.
  • Recruitment and selection:
  • Collaborate with department managers to identify hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Perform the recruitment and selection process, including screening resumes, interviewing, checking references, and negotiating job offers.
  • Implement and improve onboarding processes to ensure a smooth integration of new employees.
  • Performance and development management:
  • Implement performance appraisal processes, providing guidance and training to managers to conduct effective appraisals.
  • Identify skill development needs and provide relevant training programs to enhance employee competencies.
  • Track employees’ development progress and provide constructive feedback to support their professional growth.
  • Personnel Management:
  • Manage personnel administration activities, including payroll, benefits, timekeeping, and vacation control.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring confidentiality of information.
  • ERP system implementation:
  • Use your experience in implementing ERP systems to improve the efficiency of HR processes, including employee information management, payroll, and reporting.

Requirements:

  • Academic background in Business Administration, Human Resources, Organizational Psychology or related field.
  • Solid experience in human resources, preferably in the bar and restaurant industry or related industries.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and regulations specific to the bar and restaurant industry.
  • Experience in implementing ERP systems.
  • Solid skills in recruitment and selection, performance management, skills development, and personnel administration.
  • Ability to work autonomously, prioritize tasks, and make effective decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build trusting relationships.
